No contract will exists between the customer and snowboards4u.co.uk for the sale of any goods unless and until snowboards4u.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. As such, snowboards4u.co.uk and the customer irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
